Return Policy

If we deliver the wrong item or the item is faulty we’ll send our couriers (at our cost) to collect the item from you. Once we receive the return we will process a refund or supply the correct item within 14 days.

In the case that you order something which you do not want  then we’re happy to take it back from you. In this case you we kindly request that you cover the courier costs for collection of the item, courier cost for the collection is R120.  Why is it R120 when you only charge R70 for delivery you might ask. We absorb some of the delivery cost for our customers to make the delivery more affordable.

Return Process

Please complete the return form. As soon as we receive the request we will contact you to arrange everything.

1. Please pack the item to be returned (only unused items, with authentic labels, use instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) in its original carton to prevent damage while in transit.
2. We will organize the pick up by our courier as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your return request.
3. In the event that you have not respected all of the return requirements, we will advise you by email to clarify why we have not been able to approve it within 14 days.
4. Only goods purchased online can be returned.
